Thanks for the comment!

Regarding the business model we are not sure who is the conservative one. We think the way to go business-wise is live, social and event based - using the internet at its full potential and not like it was just another analogue thing.

Interesting that you, who apparently fight for a new business model for the music industry really can't see one when it's right before your nose. Yes, the music at TDC's PLAY is fenced by DRM's but the point is that as long you're a subscriber you're inside the fence and have unlimited access to download and use music. Also, the music doesn't cost you anything extra, it's part of your broadband or mobile subscription.

You don't own the music, since you don't pay for it, but you have the right to use it as long as you're a subscriber.

If and when your subscription ends, your access to the music also ends.

You assume that you actually get ownership to the music, but that's wrong. BTW, why do you need to own it, when everything is one click away?

Right! PLAY doesn't support mp3-file conversion, and thus you can't transfer it to your iPod or other mp3-players. On the other hand, you can use it on mobile phones who can handle DRM's. Actually, we don't see much future in stand-alone music players, but believe the future belongs to more sofisticated gear as cell phones with build-in players, cameras etc. One third of TDC's costumers today have a music enabled mobile - and nearly all current models on the market have a player.

Come on. Try to percept the new business model when it is there instead of clinging to a conservative 'it-can-be-digitalized-nobody-has-the-right-to-it'.
